The company provides the following warranty in case of proper operation of the products and devices:
Cabinet Products – 12 months from the date of commissioning, but not more than 18 months from the date of issue (the transfer to the consumer) in accordance with State Technical Specifications TU U 27.1-23525886-004-2013.
Locks and lock systems – 1 year from the date of commissioning in accordance with State Technical Specifications TU U 28.6-23525886-001-2002.
Telecommunications equipment – 3 years from the date of commissioning in accordance with State Technical Specifications TU U 31.2-23525886-002-2007.
«TVD» LLC provides the rapid replacement of products that have hidden defects or defects that may occur during the installation or at the beginning of operation.
